Blooming Graphic Design is based in Bloomington, Indiana, and owned by Joyce Koeper. With over twenty years of graphic design experience, including serving as art director for a national nonprofit association, her creative expertise is multi-disciplined, ranging from designing magazines, brochures, and business cards, to books/book covers, tee shirts, product packaging, and brand initiatives. Joyce has traveled extensively throughout the United States and Europe, living in Italy for over two years. These cultural experiences give her a solid appreciation of cultural differences, not only on an international level, but also at the individual business level.
